MEDIAZILLA DISTRIBUTION INSTRUCTIONS
Once the final edited videos are ready, you'll receive a separate email from Mediazilla, our online streaming platform, containing the video link.
Click the VIEW NOW button. You'll be asked to either create a Mediazilla account or sign in if you have already created one
IMPORTANT: DO NOT FORWARD THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVE FROM MEDIAZILLA, AS IT IS SPECIFICALLY LINKED TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND REQUIRES YOUR LOGIN TO ACCESS THE VIDEO
When setting up an account, we recommend using the school's name and details, as this will be displayed when you distribute the video. You can change the name under Personal Settings > Profile. You can customise it by using your logo as your profile pic
You have been granted admin privileges for the file, allowing you to control distribution.
Here's how to share it with students and families:
Click the "DELIVER" button in the video page. (Person icon with arrow)
You can personalise the email sent to your families by adding additional details and saving it as a template for future use. Include the school logo, name, and more. A preview will be displayed so you can see how it looks, and once you’re satisfied, save it as a template.
We would suggest including this text in the message section to help families navigate with ease. Copy & Paste from here and save it under your Template
When you create a Mediazilla account, you gain access to playing, streaming, casting, and downloading this video. It stays in your Mediazilla account indefinitely. No matter which device you log in from, the video will always be available.
Look for the download icon at the bottom of the video and click "Original (1080p)" to save the video to your desktop and copy to USB.
You can also download the Mediazilla App for your Smart TV. Once you log into your account, any videos you have been sent or saved will be available to view on-demand.

Once you have chosen a template, add the email addresses of those you want to receive the video. Make sure you check the Can Download box. Then Click Send
The email sent to families will contain links to download Mediazilla apps. Alternatively, recipients can log into their Mediazilla account (if they have one) to watch the video directly, as it's linked to the email address you provided. Once accessed, the video will be permanently saved in their library. By downloading the Smart TV app, they can watch the video without having to click on links—just log in, and the video will be available.
